Factory verification may include company-document review, factory-location confirmation, production-capability assessment, equipment review, quality-system evaluation, certification checks, video factory visits and on-site inspection coordination.

Quality control services may include product specification review, reference-sample approval, raw-material checks, packaging and label verification, pre-production review, during-production inspection and pre-shipment inspection.

Depending on the project, DirectBuy can also coordinate laboratory testing, product measurements, packaging tests, quantity checks, carton-mark verification, loading supervision, photographs, videos and inspection reports.

For machinery and production-line projects, verification may include equipment specifications, production capacity, factory testing, electrical requirements, spare parts, installation scope and technical documentation.

The verification and inspection scope is agreed separately for each project. DirectBuy does not represent that a factory, product or shipment is certified unless valid certification has been independently confirmed. Third-party inspection and laboratory services may be arranged when required.
