How DirectBuy Works
DirectBuy helps importers, distributors, brands and manufacturers manage food sourcing and product-development projects through one coordinated process.
Our current focus includes instant noodles, beverages, dairy and plant-based drinks, candy and confectionery, gummies, marshmallows, jelly, gelatin desserts, pudding and related food categories.
1. Submit Your Requirements
Tell us what you need, including the product category, specifications, quantity, target market, packaging format, certifications, delivery destination and expected timeline.
You can request finished products, private label and OEM manufacturing, product formulation, ingredients, packaging materials, machinery, design, marketing, quality control or an integrated solution.
2. Project Review
The DirectBuy team reviews the requirements and contacts the client to clarify product specifications, target cost, minimum order quantity, customization needs and commercial expectations.
3. Solution Development and Supplier Matching
Depending on the project, DirectBuy identifies suitable factories, ingredient suppliers, packaging suppliers, machinery manufacturers and professional service partners.
We can coordinate product formulation, recipe optimization, manufacturing processes, packaging compatibility, machinery requirements and commercial-scale production planning.
4. Samples, Technical Review and Quotation
Where applicable, samples, packaging mockups, technical specifications or equipment proposals are prepared for review.
DirectBuy then coordinates pricing, minimum order quantities, development costs, production lead times, payment terms, inspection requirements and available shipping options.
5. Confirmation and Production
After the client approves the product, quotation, specifications and commercial terms, the project moves into artwork approval, purchasing, production or equipment preparation.
Production schedules and project milestones are monitored according to the confirmed scope.
6. Quality Control and Delivery
Depending on the project, DirectBuy can coordinate sample approval, factory verification, production inspection, packaging checks, shipment documentation and delivery arrangements.
DDP and door-to-door delivery may be available for eligible shipments to the United States and Peru. Other destinations are reviewed according to the product, route, customs requirements and logistics-partner coverage.
7. After-Sales and Repeat Orders
After delivery, DirectBuy can support documentation follow-up, product feedback, repeat orders, packaging updates, new flavors, additional products and future supply-chain requirements.
Each project is reviewed individually. Product availability, pricing, certifications, minimum order quantities, development scope, logistics options and delivery times are confirmed before the order is finalized.
