Our sourcing scope includes finished products, private label and OEM manufacturing, packaging materials, food ingredients, processing machinery, packaging equipment and complete production lines.

Based on each client’s product specifications, required quantity, target market, certifications, budget, packaging format and delivery requirements, DirectBuy identifies and evaluates suitable factories, suppliers and service partners.

Our services may include supplier research, factory capability review, request-for-quotation coordination, quotation comparison, sample management, minimum-order-quantity analysis, production lead-time review and commercial-term coordination.

Depending on the project, DirectBuy can also coordinate product formulation, manufacturing processes, packaging and label development, factory verification, quality inspection, export documentation and logistics.

Supplier recommendations are based on the information available during the sourcing process. Verification scope, testing requirements and final supplier approval are agreed separately for each project.
