Logistics, DDP & Door-to-Door Delivery

DirectBuy coordinates international logistics and door-to-door delivery for finished food products, packaging materials, food ingredients, processing machinery and complete production lines.

For eligible orders and shipment routes, DirectBuy currently offers DDP delivery solutions to the United States and Peru.

A confirmed DDP solution may include factory pickup, export documentation, ocean or air freight, cargo consolidation, customs-clearance coordination, applicable import duties and taxes, and final delivery to the customer’s designated address.

This service is designed to help clients manage the complete shipping process through one coordinated solution, reducing the need to separately arrange freight, customs clearance, duty payment and local delivery.

Depending on the project, DirectBuy can also coordinate full-container loads, less-than-container loads, cargo insurance, loading supervision, shipping marks, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other available export documents.

For destinations outside the United States and Peru, service availability is reviewed according to the product category, shipment volume, destination country, customs requirements, duties and taxes, importer requirements and logistics-partner coverage.

Not every product, shipment or destination qualifies for DDP delivery. The final quotation will clearly state the applicable Incoterm, included services, importer-of-record arrangement, duties and taxes, delivery destination, estimated transit time and any exclusions.

Licensed freight forwarders, customs brokers and local delivery providers may be engaged to complete the required services.
